"Highway to Hell Art Show"! JUNE 2010 was a great success.

Thank-you to all who participated in the Highway to Hell Skate Deck Auction. It was a tremedous success. We could not have done it without the support of the collectors and artists, and a special shoout out for the volunteers that helped make it all come together.
To date, we have raised over $5000 for the Skate4Cancer Charity. We have a number of decks currently being auctioned on e-Bay and hope for that total to continue to rise.
The proceeds we raised from the skate deck auction at this year's Northern Ink Xposure International Tattoo Convention in Toronto will go toward helping us build a Skate4Cancer drop-in center somewhere in downtown Toronto. This centre will be the home for Skate4Cancer - a place for our community to congregate; a place for us to hold our events; a place for our education and awareness campaigns to be developed and most importantly a place for people to come to talk, share, grieve and heal.

Highway to Hell Skate Decks Show
Custom Painted Skate Decks
Dozens of custom painted skate decks were auctioned off for the Skate 4 Cancer Charity at NIX. These skate decks are all one of a kind, hand painted originals from dozens of the top tattoo artists from around the world that attended the NIX Tattoo Festival. They have created custom decks in keeping with the theme of the one time "Highway to Hell Art Show", curated by the incurable Lauren Wilson. The remaining skate decks will be up for auction on e-Bay soon.
