Are You Getting the Tattoo You Deserve?
by Kathy Body
Look
at yourself, contemplate, "Do I want a Tattoo?" if the answer
is yes then you have a little work to do. Deciding what to get
and who is going to do it for you is your responsibility.
Making sure that you get what you want and the best rendition
of it is the responsibility of your tattooist. Realize that anything
that can be drawn (that is anything), can be tattooed.
Realize that your tattooist is limited to your imagination. Help
the tattooist out by looking for the best source for your idea.
If you want an animal , for example , know the kind of expression
you want. If you want realism, find us a photograph. If you want
a particular syle , look at the options before deciding. It is
up to you to know what you want , for your sake and for arts sake
the tattooist should provide it for you. To make sure you pick
a tattooist who is capable of doing this for you, ask loads of
questions, and be happy with the answers. Look at the photographs,
choose the artist for you by the quality of their work, and choose
the tattoo from any source you want. Maybe look into history,
maybe look into the future, make sure you look through your
own eyes.
